In 2017, Barely Blush started as a premium pop-up nail bar experience and in 2020, we launched our nail care and nail polish line with our first collection, "The Pandemic Collection."

Barely Blush was founded by Philishea Everage, who as a young child, asked her mother if she could paint her nails and toes when she would get ready for an important event. It allowed Philishea to slow down and connect with her mom in a meaningful way. She also noticed a positive boost in self-confidence in her mother after she completed the task.

Philishea sees the same opportunity in connecting with women today, as she did with her mother years ago. Beauty can be the bridge to connect with other women, and now more than ever, these connections are crucial.

And also why all of our polish collections are curated with women in mind. Each collection speaks to the universal experiences and moments women share throughout their lives.

We are also committed to a clean and ethical experience. Our team uses only top-of-the-line ingredients. It is our top priority to keep your nails healthy and beautiful. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and made in the U.S. Our polish is "10-free," meaning it is free from 10 of the most harmful chemicals found in the majority of nail polishes on the market.
